Life on the ranch is difficult enough without being caught in a bitter land battle with a ruthless greedy land baron. Clint Cooper is a honest hard working Marshall who finds out that his brother was murdered and his home town is being terrorized by the greed of ruthless land baron Montgomery Fitzgerald.
This story comes to life, as we struggle along with Clint Cooper, as he fights to save the town he once loved, and avenge the death of his brother. A man of courage and faith, struggles to save his family and the entire town which has become his family. This is a western, but the good versus evil, greed versus integrity is still a viable plot today.
It is hard to put this book down as you get wrapped up in the lives of the characters in this book and get embroiled in a life and death battle that seems all too real. A real page turner!
